Mandate or partner profile?
An M&A adviser with a specific mandate uses the adviser perspective. Those wishing to present their expertise and potential cooperation use the network partner perspective. Describe sectors, broad regions and services, but no confidential client details.
Cooperation following personal discussion
We review submitted profiles and look for relevant connections. A submission does not establish an automatic partnership, remuneration or introduction commitment. The scope and terms of cooperation are agreed separately; existing confidentiality agreements must continue to be observed.

May I name clients or confidential mandates?
No. Use only anonymised information that you are entitled to use. Confidential client information and documents must not be included in the profile. Your own contact details are collected only in the separate submission form.
How does potential cooperation begin?
